Get To KNow lindsey
I grew up competing in gymnastics and later became a circus performer. Ultimately, through these experiences I learned my true passion was fitness and nutrition. I coached CrossFit for two years, have personal trained for the past year and I recently completed my degree in Nutrition with kinesiology.
My goal is to help my clients create a healthy mindset surrounding fitness and nutrition. I believe fitness needs to be sustainable for long-term and I want my clients to see how it is possible.

My approach to training clients is creating a positive and encouraging environment to allow for my clients to enjoy their fitness journeys.
Training my clients through Proedge allows me to train clients in a facility designed for clients to become their fittest selfs.
Intro to olympic lifting program
This program is NOT for weightlifting beginners. Experience with strength training and lifting required.
Elevate your strength routine! In this program, you will learn how to safely & properly learn how to do barbell cleans, barbell split jerks, push jerks, snatches, dumbbell snatches, dumbbell clean & jerks, high pulls, and everything in between to help you with your olympic lifting.
