How to find us
BY CAR (from Bedford Highway/Burnside)
Our personal training facility is right off Rocky Lake Drive in Bedford, NS
From Bedford Highway or Burnside, head towards Sunnyside Mall
Keep on the Bedford Highway until there is a fork going right towards Shoppers - this is Rocky Lake Drive
Head straight until you see Rocky Lake Junior High on your left
Turn left onto Duke Street (which is right after Rocky Lake High)
Turn left after Clutch, you should see Proedge or Maritime Dance Academy building
Get ready to sweat and feel great!
BY BUS
Take Bus #88 (Bedford Commons) and get off Stop 8200: Damascus Rd Before Verdi Dr
Walk from the bus stop towards Duke Street, walk along the side where Shell is (towards Rocky Lake Drive)
The walk is about 10 minutes from the bus stop to our facility - a great warmup to your workout!
We are located in the Maritime Dance building which you should see to your right
