    1. Gift cards must be redeemed through proedgetraining.com/redeem or via phone at (902) 835-8502 or in person at Proedge Elite Training - 36 Duke Street, Bedford, Nova Scotia B4A 2Z5

    2. Gift cards may only be redeemed towards personal training sessions at Proedge Elite Training.

      • Personal Training Session value indicated on gift card is not reflective of Proedge Trainers’ personal rates.

      • Redeemer will be matched with a Proedge Trainer based on their goals and ideal schedule indicated in the gift card redemption form (proedgetraining.com/redeem) and the Trainer’s suitability and availability.

    3. Gift cards are non-transferable once the redeemer’s first personal training session is booked.

      • Cancellation policy: Sessions must be canceled 24 hours before the booked session; otherwise, a session will be debited from the gift card balance.

      • No-show policy: If there is a no-show, a session will be debited from the gift card balance.

      • Trainer change: In the event that the redeemer can no longer continue with their matched Trainer, another Proedge Trainer will be assigned.

    4. Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value.
